City Electric Supply (CES), through its CES Cares social impact division, has launched this year’s edition of its Brighter Future Scholarship for prospective skilled trades students across North America.
The program is open to applicants planning to attend a trade school or complete a certification program, and will present 10 recipients across North America with $2,000 USD for use toward their education, along with a starter toolkit from Milwaukee Tool.

- Resident of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (excluding Quebec)
- Must be planning to enroll or are currently enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship Program, Pre-Apprenticeship Electrical Program, Registered Apprenticeship Program for Electricians, Electrical Training Program, or other Technical School pursuing electrician apprenticeship tracks
Applicants must submit a 500-750 essay about their choice to pursue a career in the electrical industry.
Winners will be selected by a panel of trade industry pros by early November.
