Women who have lived in Alberta or Saskatchewan for at least two years and are entering first or second year of full-time study in a first degree or diploma programme, with financial need. A reference and official transcript are required.
Apply through a local P.E.O. chapter recommendation. The recommendation must be submitted by August 15; start one or two months earlier. Forms and the brochure are on the funder's page. No current cycle year is stated.
