Ontario-resident Grade 12 students at Ontario high schools, planning full-time post-secondary study, who show leadership in eliminating racial discrimination. Only accredited provincial secondary schools can nominate a student; self-nomination is not permitted.
Ask your high school about its nomination process. The annual nomination deadline is May 31.
