Students in a post-secondary degree or diploma programme in 2026–2027 related broadly to TRCA's work, who reside or attend school within TRCA's jurisdiction. Fields include environmental studies, landscape architecture, archaeology, museum studies, forestry and civil engineering. TRCA employees and relatives or immediate family of employees or board members are excluded.
